Shadowflags second album,’The White Grave’, was originally self-released in 2015. The album refinedShadowflags matchless blend of blackened metal, poetry and enthralling soundscapes. Clobber Records is proud to reissue this work in 2019 as a special edition digipak with two bonus tracks; Pure Evil and Hate (Behemoth cover) and I am the Blood (live in Ukraine).

Recorded at Hellfire Studios and produced byAjeetGill (Memoriam/Sacrilege), with drums provided by Anil Carrier (Anaal Nathrahk), the concept of the album was inspired by the folklore and imagination-stories of the world’s abandoned street children.’The White Grave’can be interpreted in many ways as it intriguesthe listener with soaring black metal soundscapes before plunging them into the deep darkness ofsectionsof spoken word. It is filled with desperation ina similar wayto the street children about which it is written. It holds their fears, their dreams and, ultimately, their lives.
