Side 1 contains a megamix of various DM tracks and is surely not one of the best DM mixes around. Nevertheless, the mix has an innocent 1980s feeling to it that supplies it some undeniable charm. And the B-side with its track selection (according to the back all selected by DM, which I honestly doubt is true) is almost kitsch, opening with Miami Sound Machine’s Dr. Beat over Paul Young, Ghostbusters, Boney M (!!) etc. If you’re looking for a ride down a rarely treaded, somewhat representative 80’ties pop lane, it doesn’t get much more toe crumbingly present than this!
