4-piece formed in Leeds, England in the early 1980s.Age of Chance were formed against a post-industrial background of a crumbling economy, inner-city riots and political chicanery. Inspired by Russian Constructivism, Tamla Motown, Pop Art, Mutant Disco and New York avant-noise.Their setup was sparse; guitar, bass and two drums, supplemented with distortion, echo and extreme treble frequencies.
